Want to learn the art of Charcuterie but don't know where to start? This class will provide you with all the information, cheese pairings, and food styling techniques you need to be confident in making beautiful charcuterie boards.
Hosted by me, providing step by step instructions. Perfect for a friends night out. Classes must have at least 8 participants and are $60 a person. Can be hosted at Louisville StrEATery or I can come to a location of your choice.
