How Do I place an order?
Cancellation policy
​Under the tab 'order' you will fill out a questionnaire and I will get back to you within 24-48 hours. If you dont recieve a response back via email, please check your spam box.
You may also message on Facebook .

*I do require at least 48 hour notice for all orders.
What about payment?
All orders require a deposit of 50% to confirm. No deposit, no order, no exceptions. The remaining portion of your total is due the day of pickup/delivery when I send you a photo of the product you ordered.
All payments done through a invoice system on square. I also accept venmo.
*Ky sales tax of 6% is added.

After your deposit has been paid you have 24 hours to cancel and get your deposit back. After 24 hours your deposit is non-refundable.

You may reschedule the day of your order depending on availability.
Pickup and delivery
Both pickup and delivery are options. If you opt for pickup your order will be ready by noon that day. Pickup is always at Louisville StrEatery.

The Louisville StrEatery is closed on mondays, if needing a board for Monday, it will need to be picked up on the Sunday before.
​
Delivery is only available for orders over $100.
Delivery is NOT available on big holidays. But you can always pickup.

*Due to the recent fuel increase in our economy delivery is .75 cents per mile added to your total. Thank you for understanding.
